IXL offers prompt and dependable support to users.
To file a technical support request, follow these steps:
- Enter your name and the e-mail address to which you want IXL to send your response.
- If you are a registered user, enter your username.
Note: For family memberships, this is the username for the family, which you use to sign in.
- Provide a phone number where a representative can contact you, if necessary.
- Select your user level from the list (parent, student, teacher, or other).
- Enter a detailed description of your issue in the space provided, then click Submit.
