IXL offers prompt and dependable support to users.

To file a technical support request, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your name and the e-mail address to which you want IXL to send your response.
  2. If you are a registered user, enter your username.

Note:  For family memberships, this is the username for the family, which you use to sign in.

  1. Provide a phone number where a representative can contact you, if necessary.
  2. Select your user level from the list (parent, student, teacher, or other).
  3. Enter a detailed description of your issue in the space provided, then click Submit.
