To file a technical support request online, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your name and the e-mail address where we should send our response.
  2. If you have an account, enter your username.

Note:  For family memberships, this is the username for the family that you use to sign in.

  1. Provide a phone number where we can contact you, if necessary.
  2. Select your user type from the list (parent, student, teacher, or other).
  3. Use the check boxes to identify the nature of your question. This will help us direct your question to the person best able to help you.
  4. Enter a detailed description of your issue in the space provided, then click Submit.
