1.1 Number Operations and Concepts

1.1.1 Students use the concept of place value to read and represent numbers up to 99.
1.1.2 Students use sets of objects to compare values and order numerals.
1.1.3 Students use coins (penny, nickel, dime, and quarter) to compare values (more/less).
