If your students have pinpointed their overall diagnostic levels, you can monitor their diagnostic growth in the Progress and Growth report. Sign in to your administrator account, and from Analytics, click Progress and Growth. In the Diagnostic growth column, you can view a grade’s overall starting level, current level, and average growth in the Continuous Diagnostic.
If you see “No data yet” or “Gathering data” in the Diagnostic growth section, your students haven’t diagnosed enough to provide any substantial data yet. To populate this area with diagnostic data, encourage your teachers to have each student answer 10–15 diagnostic questions per week. Once students initially reveal their pinpointed diagnostic levels, the Diagnostic growth section will reflect that data. And as students continue to use the Diagnostic, the current level and average growth will automatically update so you can track their learning gains throughout the year.
