If I switch to a yearly plan, can I apply my previous monthly payments to my new yearly membership?

When you switch from a monthly to a yearly membership, your new plan begins after your current month ends. We are unable to apply past monthly payments to your new yearly membership; however, you will not lose the time you have already purchased.

To switch to a yearly membership, sign in to your IXL parent account, and open your account menu. Select Membership details. From here, click switch to yearly, and then click Update to confirm.
