  • PK. Understand addition as putting together and adding to, and understand subtraction as taking apart and taking from.

    • PK.OA.1 Explore adding and taking away with concrete objects and patterns (e.g., fingers, blocks, dominoes, Unifix cubes, two-sided counters, toys).

    • PK.OA.2 Begin to explore adding and taking away of objects in a set.
