IXL Foundations: Implementation for Success
Our IXL Foundations: Implementation for Success session is the first step on your journey to impactful student practice and instructional planning through IXL.
Both educators who are new to IXL and those needing a refresher course will benefit from this interactive session. Participants will work hand-in-hand with a member of our professional learning services team to engage in the complete IXL experience. You will view IXL from the student and teacher perspectives, as well as learn strategies for building effective, differentiated instructional plans using the IXL Continuous Diagnostic and Analytics.
Using IXL Analytics to Drive Instruction
Ready to take your IXL implementation to the next level? This professional learning workshop will empower teachers to take instructional action with data from IXL Analytics.
During this session, a member of our professional learning services team will lead a discussion on assessment research and how to use IXL Analytics on a daily basis. We will model how teachers can plan instruction that addresses trouble spots, closes skill gaps, and provides enrichment opportunities to drive student progress and success.
Accelerating Student Growth with the IXL Continuous Diagnostic

This session takes participants on a deep dive into how IXL's Continuous Diagnostic can deliver up-to-the-minute insights on student confidence in six critical math strands. After exploring the Continuous Diagnostic from the student and teacher perspectives, participants will learn how to leverage diagnostic analysis in the classroom to plan impactful instruction aimed at closing skill gaps.
Cultivating Strong Readers and Writers Through IXL

In this professional learning session, participants will learn about IXL's social studies skills, instructional strategies, and project-based learning opportunities. We will discuss opportunities for analyzing primary sources on IXL, as well as how you can launch students into effective inquiry through our program. Social studies educators will gain valuable strategies for their instructional toolkit that engage students and help bring history to life.
Building Fluency to Support Math Confidence Through IXL
Find out how you can ensure students build the fluency necessary to tackle the rigors of complex math topics.
This professional learning session provides math teachers with strategies for supporting student math fluency using IXL. With a focus on the latest fluency research, participants will learn ways to plan meaningful practice, provide strategic reteaching using IXL Analytics, and encourage students to take ownership of their learning using student analytics.
Implementing Effective Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
Learn how to use IXL to proactively support students when they show signs of struggle.
Whether your school or district utilizes the RTI or MTSS model, this professional learning session will provide strategies for supporting students in all tiers through consistent IXL practice. Participants will also learn how to use the IXL Continuous Diagnostic and Analytics to build small group, whole group, and 1:1 instruction that meets the needs of all learners.
IXL & MAP: Working Together to Drive Student Success
Learn how IXL and NWEA's MAP assessment can work hand-in-hand to build student confidence and skill progress.
During this professional learning session, teachers will learn strategies for analyzing MAP data, planning student practice to close skill gaps, and supporting student motivation through the creation of IXL action plans.
